REMUNERATION POLICIES IN RELATION TO THE INTEGRATION OF SUSTAINABILITY RISKS
Bifrost ManCo ApS's ("Bifrost ManCo") remuneration policy supports the company's strategy and operational performance. An employee's remuneration consists of a base salary and variable remuneration. For purposes of variable remuneration, Bifrost ManCo has defined indicators to assess an employee's risk conduct. However, such indicators do not take into account the employee's conduct in relation to ESG and sustainability risks, including as to the integration hereof in investment decision-making processes.
This is consistent with Bifrost ManCo's general approach to the integration of sustainability risks, as sustainability risks are also not integrated into investment decision-making processes as further described in Bifrost ManCo's Policy on Integration of Sustainability Risks in Investment Decision-Making Process.
